  1. Custom Orders: Please note that most custom orders are non-returnable. For inquiries regarding custom orders, please reach out to us for more information. Returns for such orders require prior approval and cannot be processed without an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number.

  2. Timeframe: We kindly request that returns be initiated within 30 days from the invoice date. After this period, return privileges may not be granted.

  3. Condition of Goods: To facilitate a smooth return process, ensure that the items are in perfect saleable condition upon return. Additionally, please bear the return transportation charges in full.

  4. Initiating a Return: Before returning any merchandise, please contact us at 1-800-851-0865 to obtain an RGA number. Ensure you have your order information readily available for efficient processing.

  5. Restocking Fee: Please note that a 25% restocking fee will be applied to returned items. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing and restocking the returned merchandise.

Shipping

At 15 Degrees Cooler, we're dedicated to ensuring your shopping experience is as seamless as possible. Here's what you need to know about our shipping process: 

  1. Free Ground Shipping: Enjoy complimentary ground shipping on all orders within the 48 contiguous US states. For expedited delivery or shipping outside this region, simply reach out to us with your order details, and we'll provide a personalized quote.

  2. Shipping Timeframes: Depending on the product model, your order will typically ship within 2 to 25 business days. During peak seasons, lead times may extend. Once shipped, delivery generally takes 2 to 5 business days for standard-sized items. Larger items not eligible for standard ground shipping may require 2 to 7 business days for home delivery. Please anticipate longer delivery times for remote locations.

  3. Delivery Process: Smaller packages will be conveniently delivered to your door. For larger items, we utilize a freight carrier that provides curbside delivery. Please ensure assistance is available for unloading, as our carrier is responsible for bringing the order to the end of the truck only.

  4. Damaged or Missing Items: Upon delivery, carefully inspect each package for visible damage or missing items. Even if your order has visible damage, do not refuse delivery. Report any issues to us within 24 hours of delivery. For orders delivered by a freight carrier, note any discrepancies on the delivery receipt and inform us within the same timeframe.

  5. Replacement and Refunds: In the event of damaged or defective items, we reserve the right to replace only the affected parts. Replacement parts will be shipped at no additional cost. If we make an error in fulfilling your order, we'll provide appropriate replacements or issue a full refund, including shipping charges if applicable.

Please keep in mind that any damaged parts or products must be reported promptly, and the packaging should be retained in its original condition for assessment.
